Caceres Construction is a licensed Florida general contractor (CGC1529263) based in Oakland Park, specializing in concrete restoration, waterproofing and exterior painting for condominium associations, HOAs and commercial properties across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
Caceres Construction began as a family business. In 2019, Angelo Caceres took over the company, rebranded it as Caceres Construction, and began focusing on concrete repair — making a difference starting right here in our own community of Oakland Park. Led by Angelo, Caceres Construction has built its reputation over 20+ years serving condominium associations, property managers, engineering firms and commercial clients across Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
We understand the coastal challenges of spalling concrete, rebar corrosion and waterproofing failure, and deliver code-compliant, engineer-approved repairs that protect both the structure and the curb appeal of every property we serve.
Our teams work directly with structural engineers and HOA boards, providing detailed progress reports, full permit management and superior workmanship from mobilization to final inspection.
